State Statutes
"Per Wis. Admin. Code § SPS 305.43, for any electrical installation that requires a uniform building permit under Wis. Admin. Code § SPS 320.08, a person who holds a Master Electrician license may not commence installation of electrical wiring until a permit is issued for the installation. A person who as a licensed Master Electrician is responsible for the installation, repair or maintenance of electrical wiring shall utilize the appropriately licensed or registered individuals to construct, install, repair or maintain electrical wiring. "
The State of Wisconsin requires an electrical permit for most temporary power installations. Although some municipalities do not enforce the requirement, Event Power Solutions will work with the local municipality to determine if a permit is necessary and then obtain that permit.
Licensed Contractor
Event Power Solutions of Wisconsin LLC is a licensed contractor within the State Of Wisconsin. This allows us to file for an electrical permit through any municipality in the State of Wisconsin.
Master Electrician
Event Power Solutions of Wisconsin LLC, employs a Master Electrician, licensed with the State of Wisconsin. To obtain an electrical permit, you must have a Master Electrician sign off on the permit and inspect the installation of the temporary power. Our Master Electrician will sign off on the permit and oversee the execution and safety of the power installation.
